​Bring in any sunglasses you or your family members use and we'll check that they are protecting your eyes from UV light.... no charge, no obligation.

PLEASE NOTE:  We are not a  participating provider for Davis Vision, NVA, Spectera, Blue Vision or Medicaid.

Cancellation/No Show policy: Effective immediately, any
​patient who fails to show or cancels/reschedules an appointment
and has not contacted our office within 24 hours will be
charged a $50.00 fee. Emergency exceptions will be considered.

​The fee is charged to the patient, not the insurance company and is due before another appointment will be made.
