Dr. Miriam Pearson

Since 1990, your Morgantown Eye Care Center has been locally owned and operated by Dr. Miriam Pearson and her staff of professional eye care specialists.
Dr. Pearson has been in the practice of optometry since 1984, when she received her doctorate from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. She is a Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Dickinson College and holds the Dr. Arthur Shlaifer Memorial Award in Optometric Pathology.Dr. Pearson also is a Gold Key member of the International Optometric Honor Society.
Under her leadership, the Morgantown Eye Care Center offers a full range of services to provide state-of-the-art care, eyewear and accessories in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.

Kent Keffer, Optical Manager

Kent joins the Morgantown Eye Care Center with over 30 years of optical experience. Those residents from the Reading area may recognize Kent from his years as the manager of the Pearle Vision in the Fairgrounds Mall. Kent’s knowledge and friendly patient care are an asset to our practice.

Erica

Our Contact Lens Technician Erica conducts fittings and manages the care of our contact lens patients as well as performing many of our pre-testing procedures. Erica's relaxed and informative manner helps first time contact patients as well as those patients who have been wearing contacts for years.

Leslie Mohr

Leslie is our Patient Relations Specialist and will keep your records up to date and assist you with the processing of your exam. She's most often the voice you hear when you call the Morgantown Eye Care Center. Leslie is also experienced in helping clarify your insurance questions.
